Following the success of his sell-out Revenge of The Ninja tour earlier this year, Jaguar Skills has announced that he will return to Birmingham with the ‘HoooOOO! Tour’. The Radio 1 mixologist brings his lightning-quick mixing and mash-up skills to the Hmv Institute on Saturday 15th October 2011. Here we managed to catch a quick chat with Jag ahead of the gig this weekend Jag! Where do we find you today? In the secret ninja hide out. In the lab section. So as part of your winter tour you are coming to Birmingham, what made you choose Birmingham as one of your destinations? Cos it's cool, that's why! Tell us a bit about your history, how you got into it all…… My Pop's was a DJ. I guess it's in the blood. And how did you start working with Radio 1? Zane Lowe hooked me up with a Phil Stocker, a hot shot ninja producer there. And boom! You probably get this all the time but…….why the mystery? I can't tell you. It's secret. If you had to describe to someone who didn’t know, what you did for a living, how would you do it? I jump around and play other people's records. Oh, and I wear a mask too. What’s the funniest or most bizarre request you’ve ever had? Someone once asked me if I played any 'black music'. Cadbury’s Crème Eggs – How do you eat yours? I chop it in half with my hand and then smash both the half eggs into myface. It looks real cool. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given? Never poo your pants. And the worst?
